Healing Ministry

Demonstrating God’s Power

Evangelist Isaac - HEALING MINISTRY

Healing ministry is a vital aspect of evangelistic ministry. Evangelist Isaac emphasizes that through church meetingsand gospel crusades, believers witness God’s power and guide others to salvation.

By combining faith, prayer, and teaching, Evangelist Isaac shows that healing not only meets physical needs but also opens hearts to the gospel, strengthening evangelistic ministry and discipleship efforts.

Healing ministry is rooted in the character and power of God revealed through Jesus Christ. Scripture presents healing as part of the redemptive work of God, not only for the body but also for the soul and spirit.

Isaiah 53:5 NKJV declares: “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.” This establishes healing as flowing from the atonement of Christ.

Jesus’ earthly ministry consistently demonstrated healing as a sign of the Kingdom of God. Matthew 4:23 NKJV records: “And Jesus went about all Galilee… healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.” Healing confirmed His authority and compassion.

The ministry did not end with Christ’s ascension. Mark 16:17–18 NKJV states believers will “lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” The church is commissioned to continue this work in faith.

James 5:14–15 NKJV instructs: “Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him… and the prayer of faith will save the sick.” Healing is connected to prayer, faith, and repentance.

The Holy Spirit empowers believers for healing ministry. 1 Corinthians 12:9 NKJV lists “gifts of healings” as a manifestation of the Spirit, given for the edification of the church and witness to the world.

Healing ministry must remain grounded in holiness, prayer, and submission to God’s will. Not every outcome is immediate or visible, but God remains sovereign and faithful.

Faith is essential, but it is not manipulation. It is trust in God’s authority, timing, and wisdom. Healing glorifies Christ, not the individual minister.

The church is called to pray boldly, minister compassionately, and trust God fully. Healing flows where faith, obedience, and the presence of the Holy Spirit are honoured.
